At the Zach Bryan Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, so we offer returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
